Order Tracking Policy
Order Processing & Shipping
After you place an order, we typically process it within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number, if applicable.
Tracking Information
The tracking number lets you monitor the status of your package via the carrier’s website.
It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after we ship your order.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout and the carrier’s performance.
Shipping time estimates are provided at checkout, but they are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or other unforeseen factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we consider our shipping responsibility fulfilled.
We are not liable for loss or theft of packages after delivery confirmation. Please choose a secure shipping address.
If you believe a package has been lost or stolen, contact us at support@idamectin.com, and we will do our best to help you open an investigation with the carrier. Final resolution depends on the carrier’s policy.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
After we verify the problem, we will offer a replacement or a refund based on your preference and item availability.
