Payment Policy

1. Payment Timing

  • All purchases on idamectin.com must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully received.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

  • PayPal

3. Currency

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • If paying from another country, currency conversion may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Failed Payments

  • If your payment is declined, your order will be placed on hold.
  • We will attempt to notify you and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • If the payment issue is not resolved in that timeframe, we may cancel the order.

5. Taxes & Fees

  • Applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, etc.) will be calculated and added at checkout if required by the relevant regulations.
  • Shipping, handling, and any other fees will also be calculated and displayed to you before you confirm your order.
  • Refunds for eligible orders will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The timing for refunds may depend on your payment provider; once we initiate the refund, it may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
  • If you used a third-party payment service, their own refund policies may apply in addition to ours.
