Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our supplement products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened bottles of Idamectin. This policy helps us ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our products for all customers.

βœ… Returns for Unopened Bottles

We understand that circumstances can change. If you have an unopened bottle of Idamectin that you wish to return, we are happy to offer a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Contact our support team at support@idamectin.com within three (3) days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • Our team will reply with instructions and the return shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the unopened bottle, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within one (1) business day.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


πŸ“¦ Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@idamectin.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially used Idamectin bottles
  • Sale items or gift cards

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a new item is to complete a new purchase after your return (if eligible) is accepted and refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within one (1) business day.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
