At Idamectin, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly, securely, and affordably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery options, and other important information.
Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the State of Idaho.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you may receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Issues
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier office. If unresolved, contact us at support@idamectin.com within 7 days of the expected delivery.
Shipping Damage or Errors
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@idamectin.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, we may not be able to cancel or modify an order once it is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@idamectin.com.
