Order Processing & Shipping
- After you place an order, we typically process it within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number, if applicable.

Tracking Information
- The tracking number lets you monitor the status of your package via the carrier’s website.
- It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after we ship your order.

Delivery Estimates
- Delivery times depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout and the carrier’s performance.
- Shipping time estimates are provided at checkout, but they are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or other unforeseen factors.

Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we consider our shipping responsibility fulfilled.
- We are not liable for loss or theft of packages after delivery confirmation. Please choose a secure shipping address.
- If you believe a package has been lost or stolen, contact us at support@idamectin.com, and we will do our best to help you open an investigation with the carrier. Final resolution depends on the carrier’s policy.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
- After we verify the problem, we will offer a replacement or a refund based on your preference and item availability.
